Customer Training
Your security staff can obtain on-site training from Integrated Security Management Systems, Inc. (ISMSi) in the administration and use of the Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) software product. The training courses are designed for people familiar with computers who need to learn how to effectively use the ISMS applications to accomplish their security tasks, and increase productivity. The training consists of ISMS System Administration training and ISMS User training.



System Administration Training
ISMS System Administration training is designed to assist your computer system support personnel in the administration and maintenance of the ISMS software package such as: installing and maintaining ISMS; performing operating system management functions (startup, shutdowns, database backups); and using the ISMS System Administration functions of the ISMS software.



User Training
ISMS User training is available for each individual application and is designed for members of your security staff who are familiar with computers and who need to learn how to use the ISMS software effectively. Ideally, each student should have a separate terminal, or workstation, that can access ISMS during the class.
